How do I register?

There are 5 easy steps to register:

  1. Send us the application form.
  2. We will send you an invoice for the fees for your approval.
  3. If the fees are ok, please send us the payment.
  4. When we confirm the receipt of the payment, we will send you a Letter of Acceptance.
  5. Apply for your visa.
  6. Once your visa is approved, please inform us immediately. If it is not approved, then you must send us a “Letter of Refusal” issued by the Canadian Embassy before we can process a refund.
When can I join your school?

You can start any ESL class on any Monday. Our CUPP and TEC programs start monthly. Some other programs have specific start dates so please check the calendar to see when your program starts. If you not sure, please contact us by email

Do I have to take a test on the first day?

Yes! We will give you a speaking, reading, writing, grammar and listening test on your first day or online. It will take about 90 minutes to complete the test. We recommend that you take the test online because sometimes the first day is very stressful and busy. Taking the test before you arrive, helps make your first day more relaxing and comfortable.

How much is the Registration Fee?

The Registration Fee is $100 CDN and must be paid to secure your place in our program. The rest of the fees must be paid before you arrive.

How do I pay the fees?

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or money order. Click here for our credit card authorization form. Payment by credit card is the fastest method to secure your place at our school. There is a Service Fee for all credit card charges.
