Connect Online Classroom FAQ’s:
Is this only for one-on-one tutoring?
No. Connect Online Classrooms can have unlimited number of students. However, for efficient lesson delivery and student participation, our classes our limited to an average of 3 to 6 students. Connect also offers private tutoring online.
Are classes available late at night or early in the morning?
Classes are scheduled according to teacher availability. (Time Zone: GMT -5:00 Eastern Time, US and Canada)
Depending on where you are, there may be classes available late PM or early AM. After you register and pay for your classes, we will send you a schedule of available classes.

Note that when you register for a class, Connect automatically calculates and updates the time for your scheduled classes.
Do I need a headset?
No. However, to get the best audio quality we recommend using headphones. If studying in a quiet room, a headset-microphone is not necessary. It is easy to use!
Can I purchase just one class?
No. The minimum number of lessons in one course is 10. That means students can purchase one course-pack with 10 different lessons in it.
What happens if I miss a class?
Once registered for a class, students have access to ALL the materials for the course they purchased. If students need to miss a class, the teacher can make a recording of the class. Please note that this is only available for reasonable absences (e.g., business appointments or medical emergencies). Students should notify the teacher directly at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to request a recording, which the teacher will email to him/her.
