Who picks me up at the airport?

You will be picked up by Connect staff or the homestay family. A person will be holding a sign with your name on it.

How do I find the person who picks me up?

The person picking you up will be holding a sign with your name on it. Do not leave the airport except with the person who is picking you up. You will be given an Emergency Contact phone number in case there are any problems. If possible, please send us an email photo of yourself so it will be easy for the driver to find you.

Sometimes, due to traffic accident or construction, the driver may be delayed in coming to the airport. He has a cell phone and is in contact with our office. Please call the Emergency number.

The Emergency Number is a free call anywhere in the United States or Canada.

What if my flight is late coming to Toronto? Will you know?

Yes! The Toronto International Airport has a website that will allow us to monitor your flight status at all times. We will know if your flight is delayed or late.

If your flight or flight number gets changed, then please use the Emergency number to contact us. It is FREE to call anywhere in the United States or Canada.
